以白州蒸餾廠中熟成25年以上的麥芽原酒精調而成，其中包含濃郁木香、煙燻味及濃厚果香的雪莉桶等不同木桶的麥芽原酒。果香中帶有巧克力、香草般的香氣，入口後更感受極度的圓熟芳醇，伴隨酸甜兼具的濃厚口感，隨之而來的淡雅煙燻卻不失果香的後味亦油然而生。

色澤(Colour)：略帶紅潤的琥珀色
香氣(Amour)：熟柿、芒果、葡萄乾、煙燻味、奶油派、牛奶焦糖、巧克力、香草
味覺(Taste)：濃縮的果實香甜中帶有奶油般的細膩與輕淡的酸味
餘味(Finish)：帶有煙燻氣息及果實甜味的深遠餘韻
