Highland Park Single Cask Series #2585 Hong Kong Edition 4

Every cask is hand-picked by Gordon Motion, the Master Whisky Maker, who carefully manages Highland Park’s whisky stock and every year, identifies a number of exceptional casks which have been maturing in one of Highland Park’s 24 warehouses.

Single Cask Series – Hong Kong Edition 4 distilled in 2001, aged in Refill Hogshead Cask for 18 years before bottling in 2020. The cask, numbered 2585, produces a limited outturn of 296 bottles only. It is non-chill filtered, a natural colour cask strength single malt whisky that is full of distinctive, robust flavours yet still characteristic of the classic Highland Park Style.
